Technical Details

SV-Access takes an engineered approach to accessibility audits, to reduce subjectivity, and to ensure that the whole site is covered.

1. Our in-house test engine spiders the whole site, and identifies pages which are not WAI complaint, flagging them up for manual intervention.
2. Manual testers assess the identified pages using the checkpoints of the WAI level that you have chosen to meet. Browser compatibility is also tested.
3. A comprehensive report pulls the findings together. We discuss the report findings with you and help you work out what needs to be addressed to achieve compliance.
4. After the suggested improvements have been made to your site, we can carry out a further audit to check that it now meets the chosen compliance. This is followed up with a second and final report.

The service can be a one off or on a contract of your choice. Subsequent re-tests will remain at the 'After' price, unless a new website replaces it.

An audit can normally be turned around within 21 days from order.
