This year has been incredible for SciVisum and I would like to say a big "Thank You!" to all of our clients for making that possible.

By working closely together we have been able to roll out some fantastic, innovative developments. Our R&D team has relished the creativity that comes with finding solutions right out on the very cutting edge of technology as we explore the uncharted, and exciting, waters of the online future with you.

These have included: Site Release Management, SV Real Browser, Mobile App Monitoring and Media Monitoring, very finegrained control over thresholds, configuration and alerting, annotations and intergration with client trouble ticket systems and a wide variety of on-going upgrades and improvements to the user interface and performance of the back end.

We were delighted to win the Techworld Award for Best Cloud Product for our mobile monitoring application in June, which was a well deserved recognition of all the hard work on this by the whole SciVisum team.

We have welcomed lots of new clients this year, many of whom are a long way down the eCommerce evolution route and with very sophisticated user experience monitoring needs across diverse channels, platforms and suppliers. It is a great endorsement of our core approach to "doing what the customer does" when organisations with many years experience in monitoring choose us to support their online strategies.

Not only has the technology moved onwards in leaps and bounds this year, but the company has grown in size, too, with new additions to the support, CLM, sales and marketing teams..

As a Canterbury company we are proud of our local roots and have strong links with the universities in the town. This year we have pleased to be a sponsor of the first Canterbury Barcamp, and to have extended our internship and work placement programme for PhD students.

It's been great to meet, and share a platform with, so many of you at events this year, and having the chance to present and talk to people throughout the industry at a number of conferences, shows and round tables has really brought home what interesting times, great challenges and potential opportunites, are ahead next year.
