Our Live Status data visualisation gives a clear, real-time updated view of the performance of dynamic user journeys on websites, mobile apps, intranets and other online properties. One click on any problem that arises takes users down into our deep analysis Single Sample view for quick and easy diagnosis.
Many of our clients tell us that the immediate clarity on performance provided by this intuitive interface design makes cross departmental collaboration much smoother and meetings more effective due to the ability to explore and interrogate the data live in meetings.
Users told us that they wanted this same view, which also includes the ability to distinguish between critical, red, errors which cause a user journey to abort, and yellow warnings which will affect user experience of the site but not necessarily abort transactional paths, not only for live data, but to use in the same way when reviewing historical time periods.
Working with clients to understand all the ways that they use SciVisum data within the business, who uses it, and what they use it for, our Research and Development team have created this new area of functionality using our Agile development methodology to ensure it was in the hands of all users as soon as possible.
Maintenance, updates and other known periods of downtime or unusual activity can also be marked out on each journey bar to support at a glance understanding when analysing the data.
