SciVisum A Finalist in Techworld 2011 Awards

We are delighted to announce that SciVisum's work in developing Mobile Monitoring solutions has been shortlisted for a Techworld 2011 award under the Cloud Product category.

Organisations of all sizes are using SciVisum's new Mobile Application Monitor to ensure the best performance for customers using their apps and mobile sites.

With pressure on organisations to do more with less, Techworld judges for this year's awards looked for solutions providing measurable business value, delivering technical excellence and innovation to improve business efficiencies.

"We are delighted that SciVisum has been recognised by Techworld for our cutting edge, customer focussed, development. Our tools provide clients with uniquely in-depth analysis allowing them to 'do what the user does' and 'see what the user sees' so that Business and Marketing managers are able to take control of the ongoing customer experience." said Deri Jones, CEO of SciVisum.

Mobile use is increasing at a phenomenal rate globally, providing personal and immediate contact with the individual customer. That very intimacy means that the user experience has to be flawless to capture and retain customers.

Working closely with clients of all sizes SciVisum developed the new Mobile-App Monitor service, a flexible system that enables full visibility of the performance of mobile apps and services and can provide exactly the information organisations needs to ensure they are not losing sales, loyalty or customer engagement through the mobile channel. The technology builds on the existing flexible Application Synchronicity platform that underpins SciVisum's monitoring of its unique Dynamic User Journey.

Speaking about Tesco's use of SciVisum's Mobile App Monitor for their iPhone grocery portal Matthew Briggs, Service Manager at Tesco.com said:

"Our customers are using our new iPhone app to check and amend their orders. In just a few weeks it has become a valuable addition to our business and the customer's shopping experience. SciVisum responded quickly to the iPhone app launch and developed the new mobile service to replicate and monitor how the iPhone app performs for our customers. We can test the multiple journeys that customers take through the grocery site to ensure it is working effectively for them."

Whatever the complexities of your mobile sites or applications understanding how your users really experience interaction with them is the only way to ensure you are providing a consistent, positive online experience. With the ability to monitoring the performance, availability and consistency of journeys across all online and mobile properties SciVisum clients can ensure that any system errors are identified and can be rectified them before the customer experience is directly impacted.
