Unique opportunity for UK eTailers to compare web performance notes

SciVisum hosted a Christmas eCommerce Workshop on January 19th, for an invitation-only dozen online retailers. Each site had been evaluated on its delivery of an effective shopping experience over the Christmas and New Year peaks and troughs, using 'add to basket' User Journey performance data gathered by SciVisum's 24/7 SV-Monitor service.

The core round-table discussion, based around the theme "How was it for you", proved to be very interesting, as it was a chance to compare notes with eCommerce peers, and see how individual sites compared with the group averages.

Differences between performance curves were reviewed. We closed with an opportunity to discuss individual site-specific output one-on-one with SciVisum technical experts. Companies present included Boden, Evans, Berry Brothers, Royal Mail, Game and T-Mobile.
