New feature January 2007 - Error Page Replay

 

What did your customers see when your User Journey failed?

Was it a technical message full of jargon? Was it a standard page but missing some key content? An error message? Or was the user thrown back to a valid page, but not the one that they had expected?

Now, a new feature has been developed to help provide some of the answers. SciVisum's 'Error Page Replay' enables you to view exactly what your customer saw during a User Journey error or warning.

Being able to see the content of the page served provides proof that errors, even sporadic ones, are occurring. The feature can also be made available to customer telephone helpdesks so that if sporadic errors are occurring, then they can advise callers that they need only try again to complete their purchase.

 

 

 

To try this out just click on an error or warning sample, select 'Replay Journey' and view the exact page content as seen by your customer as well as the page source, at the point when their user journey went into error
