We hire mostly in two areas, Sales dept and Software Development.

Sales:

You'll need a proven track record of opening the door into New Business, for B2B into major UK companies, and of successfully closing: together with having shown your ability to educate and explain to prospects the benefits of our services: usually a wholly new concept to the key staff at new prospects.
Sales staff can be home-office based.

Software Development:

Obviously you'll need an in-depth knowledge of smart and clever programming, probably of a bunch of c++. Java, perl and python. You'll have played a significant role, team lead or the like, on chunky projects. You're a natural team player: communicating openly and easily with everyone from peer programmers through to managers and above at clients.
The technology team are office based at the campus-like Kent Science Park: with free swimming and sports facilities etc.
